About Limited Company Reports
Our Limited Company Credit Reports are generated from all the latest detailed information that has been filed with the relevant government agencies, this includes: the latest filed accounts, county court judgments, director’s details including other directorships, shareholders details, debentures, mortgages etc. This information is then expertly analysed and a credit limit and credit score are appended to the report. Most credit reference agencies rely on the same information when generating company reports and thus limits and scores are generally similar throughout the industry. Some agencies however request higher fees for the amount of information supplied in a report, which can become confusing. We include all the information available on a company to simplify what may seem already overcomplicated.
About Director Reports
The information supplied on Company Directors is limited to data held by Companies House; to perform a personal credit check on an individual you must first seek their written authorisation as each search can affect their rating. Our company director reports contain contact details, present and past directorships along with the status of those companies including credit limits and ratings.
About Non-Limited/Sole Trader Company Reports
Non-Limited Companies also known as Sole Traders do not file information at Companies House and are not restricted by the Companies Act. Thus information and data regarding these types of companies is gathered from other sources. Credit limits and ratings are worked out using different methods, however if you are dealing with a Non-Limited Company, the owner is personally responsible for debts incurred by the business.
About International Company Reports
When dealing with International Companies the information is varied depending on the country of origin and the laws surrounding their legal requirements. International company reports can take longer to receive and are generally not as informative as UK company reports.
